Why are my available funds different from my account balance?

YOU HAVE OPEN ORDERS

Check if you have any open orders in your Qovex account. If you have an open order, the funds are reserved for the order that is waiting to be executed. Click here to check your open orders.

YOUR FUNDS ARE ON YOUR SUB ACCOUNT

If you have any sub accounts, your funds may also be spread among those. Keep in mind that you can only withdraw funds from your main account, so you need to transfer funds from your sub accounts to your main account before withdrawing them.

YOU HAVE DEPOSITED VIA ACH

If you have deposited funds via ACH, note that the amount remains reserved and cannot be withdrawn until the processing of the deposit is completed, which usually takes between 5 and 7 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
