Where is my deposit?

We will process your deposit as soon as it reaches Qovex. However, deposits may take a couple of days to arrive. Estimated time frames are:

  • SEPA zone transfer: 1–3 business days
  • International wire transfer: 3–5 business days
  • Domestic USD transfer: 1–2 business days
  • ACH transfer: 1–2 business days
  • FPS transfer: 1 business day

If your transfer hasn't arrived within the time frame, please contact your bank, check if the transfer was successful and request a transfer receipt. Once received, please send the receipt to us at or attach it to your support ticket. We will investigate and get back to you in the shortest possible time.
