What should I know about resuming XRP trading on Qovex in the US?

On January 8, 2021, Qovex halted the trading of XRP on its platform for U.S. customers due to the SEC filing against Ripple Labs Inc. Ripple was sued by the SEC in late 2020 under allegations that the firm sold XRP as an unregistered security.

The SEC and Ripple case ruling, announced on July 13, 2023, has cleared the path for the resumption of XRP trading in the United States.

Following the conclusion of the lawsuit Qovex will resume XRP trading on our exchange for U.S. customers.

How does this affect me?

As of July 13, 2023, U.S. customers will be able to deposit, withdraw, and trade XRP on Qovex.

Trading is available to all U.S. customers except for residents of Hawaii and Nevada.

When will I be able to deposit, hold, and withdraw XRP?

Immediately! U.S. customers are now able to deposit, hold, and withdraw XRP.

What do I need to do to resume XRP trading?

Nothing. Trading of XRP is already live for U.S. customers.
