Instant SEPA works just like normal SEPA, but it’s incomparably faster. You can use it if you’ve verified an account on Qovex with one of the following as your country of residence: Germany, Estonia (only Sberbank), Lithuania, Finland, Great Britain, Spain, Luxembourg, Italy, France, or Netherlands. Support for more countries is coming soon.

Your bank also needs to be part of the Instant SEPA network. You can find the list of all the banks that support Instant SEPA here.

You can deposit any amount up to 100.000 EUR using Instant SEPA.

WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR VERIFICATION?

1. Log in to your Qovex account.
2. Go to Deposit.
3. Choose Bank Transfer in the menu on the left.
4. Select EUR as the currency and enter the balance you would like to credit it to (if the balance differs from the deposited currency, the funds will be converted).
5. Click Deposit.
6. Our bank details and your personal message number will appear.
7. Go to your online bank account, select Instant SEPA and copy all the info you received. Also make sure you write your personal message number as the transfer reference.
8. If Instant SEPA option isn’t initiated automatically, you need to select it manually. If not sure how, please contact your bank.

Please note that the first time you deposit from your bank account, using either regular or Instant SEPA, it may take up to a couple of hours. After that, all further deposits using Instant SEPA should be completed in just a few moments.
