An ACH transfer is a method for depositing funds to your Qovex account that uses the Automated Clearing House network to process transactions.
ACH deposit allows you to quickly fund your Qovex account, without having to wait for the banks to actually finish the transfer. But until the transfer is complete, you will not be able to withdraw the funds.
The funds will show up in your Qovex account immediately. You will be able to use them to trade as soon as they appear in your account. However, to prevent fraud and ensure security, you will not be able to withdraw the amount you deposited for 7 business days after the deposit.
In order to use ACH transfers, you need a verified Qovex account with a verified phone number. In some cases, you may be required to have made at least one bank (wire) deposit to your account before depositing via ACH.
Please also note that for users onboarded before June 2022 the following applies:
ACH deposits are only available for personal accounts.
ACH deposits have a daily upper limit of 10,000 USD and a monthly upper limit of 25,000 USD.
ACH deposits can only be used by residents of the United States.
We do not accept FedACH payments sent directly to our bank account.
Please be aware that as a new user at our platform, certain limitations are in place to ensure a smooth and secure experience.
