To set up a recurring buy or sell, go to your account settings, and find the recurring buy/sell feature. Click on it and follow the on-screen prompts. First, you’ll be asked about the frequency. Select and click confirm. Next, you’ll preview your purchase. Then you can confirm the first purchase. Finally, confirm your choice to initiate the recurring buy or sell.
To cancel recurring buy or sell, go to your account settings, and find the recurring buy/sell feature. Click on it. Select the recurring transaction you wish to cancel from your list of active transactions. Review the transaction details, and at the bottom, you'll find the option to cancel.
Currently, to change the frequency or amount of a recurring transaction, you need to cancel the existing setup and then create a new one.
If the initial transaction fails or is declined, the recurring process cannot proceed. This failure could be due to issues with your selected payment method, insufficient balance on your card or PayPal account, or the card issuer not authorizing the transaction. It's recommended to check your ACH or PayPal settings.
If the recurring setup fails, the initial transaction will still be processed, but the recurring setup won't be established. This issue could be technical and happens rarely. If this occurs, please try setting it up again, or contact support for assistance.
You’ll receive an email notification when a recurring buy transaction fails. The system will not attempt to repeat the transaction in the same time interval but will try again at the next scheduled interval. If you still wish to complete a transaction, we suggest doing so manually. If multiple transactions fail consecutively, Qovex will cancel the recurring setup on your behalf and inform you via email.
Recurring transactions are executed at the same time they were first set up. For example, if you set up a transaction at 3 PM, subsequent transactions will occur at 3 PM.
To find your recurring transaction history on the web platform, start by navigating to your account settings. Look for and select the recurring buy/sell tab. This will display your transaction history. Alternatively, you can access this information from your dashboard. Look for the recurring buy / sell table, where you’ll find all the details.
