What is the difference between Basic mode and Pro mode in the Qovex app?

Which mode is best suited for me?

The Basic mode is ideal if you’re looking for the easiest and quickest way to buy, hold and sell cryptocurrencies securely, with simple features and intuitive interface.

The Pro mode offers advanced options for experienced traders who need more in-depth tools and control over their frequent trading.

Can I use both modes within the Qovex app?

You can’t use Basic and Pro modes at exactly the same time, but you can easily switch between them within the Qovex app based on your trading needs and preferences at any given time.

Where can I find my personal information in the Qovex app?
  1. Tap on “Profile” in the bottom bar.

  2. Under “My information” section, select “Personal details”.

  3. Review your information and contact support if anything needs to be updated.

How can I use the app to buy with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

You can easily buy using Apple Pay or Google Pay by following these steps.

Basic mode
  1. Tap “Quick actions” in the bottom menu and select the "Buy" option

  2. Select the coin you want to buy

  3. Enter the amount

  4. Choose Apple Pay or Google Pay as your payment method

Pro mode

Pro mode doesn’t support the Quick Buy feature directly. To use Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can temporarily switch to Basic mode, complete your transaction, and then switch back to Pro mode if needed.
