Unfortunately, we cannot know what is happening with your crypto once it leaves Qovex, except for which address it was sent to and if the transaction was completed successfully. You can check the status of your withdrawals here.
If your crypto withdrawal was processed successfully on our end, but did not appear in your wallet, you should contact your wallet provider and they should be able to assist you further.
Make sure that you fill out the withdrawal form correctly and double-check all the information before you start the crypto withdrawal from Qovex, as crypto transactions are irreversible.
