1. To deposit cryptocurrency, follow this link or select “Deposit” in the main menu.

2. Select which cryptocurrency you want to deposit from the drop-down menu.

3. You can deposit certain assets, such as USDC, from multiple networks, i.e., Ethereum or Stellar. Make sure you select the right network and continue. This is only available on the Qovex web platform.

4. You should see your deposit address displayed. Use this address to send the selected cryptocurrency to your account.

5. Make sure to include any additional deposit information, such as setting the gas limit high enough when depositing ETH or PAX and inputting the correct destination tag or memo when depositing XRP and XLM. This information will be written on the deposit page. If you have forgotten to include this information, please contact out team at or open a new support ticket, and provide us with the date of transfer, the missing information and the amount you have sent.

How can I deposit to a different network?

USDC offers the option to be listed on different networks. This enables the asset to exist simultaneously on multiple networks and take advantage of the benefits each network provides.

When making a deposit, please ensure that you select the correct network.
