We strongly advise our users to secure their account by implementing the following security procedures:

• Password: Make sure to set a strong and unique password (for Qovex only). Using numbers, symbols and upper and lower case letters in your password makes it harder to guess.

• Two-factor authentication: We strongly suggest our customers enable Two-factor authentication. What is Two-factor authentication?

• Withdrawal e-mail confirmation: For additional security, we suggest that you use e-mail confirmations for all withdrawals. This is turned on by default for all new Qovex accounts.

• Device & connection security: We recommend that you use updated antivirus and malware protection software on your computer and mobile devices. Never open any emails, attachments or other files from untrusted sources.
