How do I access Small Balance Conversion?

You can access Small Balance Conversion through a "Convert" link on your dashboard on the Qovex web platform or in the mobile app.

How does Small Balance Conversion work?

1. After clicking the Convert link, you’ll see a list of all your assets valued below $20. Please note that not all assets may be eligible for conversion due to factors like liquidity or regulatory restrictions.

2. A preview will display eligible assets, their balances, and the amount they'll convert to in your chosen fiat currency.

3. You can change the target fiat currency if multiple options are available. (Note: availability may vary depending on your account type and jurisdiction).

4. If you prefer not to convert certain assets, you can deselect them from the list.

5. Confirming the selection will convert the chosen amounts to your selected fiat currency.

What happens after the conversion?

After the conversion is completed, you can view your converted fiat currency balances in your account. You’ll also receive a notification confirming the successful conversion. Please note that you can make one Small Assets Conversion every 24 hours.
