How can I change my Qovex PIN/Passcode in the apps?

  1. Go to the “Profile” menu on the bottom right.

  2. Navigate to the “Security” section.

  3. Tap on “Change PIN.”

  4. Enter your current PIN/passcode, then enter and confirm your new PIN/passcode.

Alternatively, if you can't access the app, you’ll need to remove it and reinstall. You can then create a new PIN when you log in to your account.
