In the Qovex app, you should see an additional option for instant crypto purchase with Google Pay or Apple Pay.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I CAN USE EITHER OF THE SERVICES?

Currently, Apple Pay and Google Pay services are only available to users from countries eligible for Card purchases.

On Android phone:

• Google Pay (only in supported countries)

On iPhone:

• Apple Pay (only in supported countries)

WHICH FIAT CURRENCIES ARE SUPPORTED?

Both Apple Pay and Google Pay support EUR, USD, and GBP.

WHICH CRYPTOCURRENCIES ARE SUPPORTED?

You can buy all listed cryptocurrencies on Qovex using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Note that the number of available cryptocurrencies varies per region.

ARE THERE ANY FEES?

The Google Pay / Apple Pay fees are the same as Card purchase fees.

WHY HAPPENS IF MY TRANSACTION DOESN’T GO THROUGH?

If the deposit succeeds and the trade doesn’t go through, you’ll get funds credited to your Qovex account without executing the trade. If the deposit doesn’t arrive, please contact our support team.

WILL THIS AFFECT MY WITHDRAWAL OPTIONS?

No, buying crypto with Apple Pay or Google Pay won’t affect your other account functionalities in any way. It’s just a neat new payment method for buying crypto directly.
