We are currently unable to offer support for EUR withdrawals for US customers on our platform but continue to support our services in USD via our other banking partners. What happens if I don’t convert my EUR balance before the deadline?

If, for any reason, you are unable to complete this process before March 31st, 2023, we will automatically convert your EUR balance to USD and credit your Qovex account. When converting currency, we will use the European Central Bank mid-rate for FX conversion, and no transaction fees will be charged. This is to ensure that your funds are safe and secure.
