We strongly suggest you contact the sending/receiving service prior to initiating an Ethereum transaction to/from your Qovex account, to make sure that they support transfers initiated by executing a smart contract, also known as internal transactions.

Please do not withdraw directly to an ICO address. In case of a refund, your account will not be automatically credited. If you wish to participate in an ICO (Initial Coin Offering), always withdraw to your Ethereum private wallet first.
