Card purchase - troubleshooting

Make sure that your debit or credit card is eligible for international transactions, that you are enrolled in the 3DSecure program, and that you have enough money in the account to complete the transaction.

Purchases on our site may be considered as a cash advance service by some (mostly US) bank/card providers. Please contact your bank/card provider and inquire about your card's limits or extra fees for such types of transactions.
