Can I deposit cryptocurrencies from other protocols/networks, such as the Binance Network?

No, not yet. Always use the main respective blockchain of each cryptocurrency for your deposit or your funds may get lost in the process. Also, all Ethereum network cryptocurrencies that are supported by Qovex are based on the ERC-20 standard. Below are a few examples of deposits that will not go through and might result in a loss of funds:

  • Depositing all tokens from the Binance Chain (BNB) or the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) (BEP20/BEP2).
  • The Polygon (MATIC) address must be in the Ethereum (ERC-20) standard. Do not send MATIC from other chains, such as Binance Chain (BEP-2).
  • Depositing BCH to a BTC address - this address is for Bitcoin Cash Node deposits only. Do not send Bitcoin Cash ABC or Bitcoin Cash SV.

If you have deposited cryptocurrencies based on a different standard, please contact our team at or open a new support ticket.
