Bank withdrawal

To withdraw your funds to your personal bank account, navigate to Withdrawal and choose Bank transfer from the left-hand menu. Select the currency and amount and choose a bank account to withdraw the funds to. You can also add a new account if necessary.

The withdrawal options we offer are based on which entity of the Qovex Group is serving you. Please note that some options are only available in certain regions.

More details about each withdrawal method:

  • SEPA payments are EUR-denominated payments and are only available for customers with bank accounts within the SEPA zone. SEPA payments usually take 1–2 business days to be processed and arrive to your bank account.

  • International wire payments are cross-border payments in different currencies (choose one of the supported currencies when submitting a withdrawal request). Wire payments usually take 3–5 business days to be processed and arrive to your bank account, depending on bank networks.

  • Domestic USD payments are USD-denominated payments sent from one US bank account to another US bank account. Domestic USD payments usually take 1–2 business days to be processed and arrive to your bank account.

  • ACH transfers are domestic USD payments processed via the ACH network. ACH payments are available for personal account holders within the US and require prior bank verification. They usually take 1–2 business days to reach your bank account. ACH withdrawals have an upper limit of 50,000 USD per transaction.

  • FPS payments are domestic UK payments processed via Faster Payments Service. In order for us to be able to process your FPS payment, your bank needs to be included in the Faster Payments Service scheme. FPS payments have an upper limit of 250,000 GBP.
