BITSTAMP CHRISTMAS CONTEST TERMS 

Acceptance of the Terms 

By participating in the Qovex Christmas Contest (“Contest”) you agree to accept and comply with these terms (“Terms”). 

CONSUMER NOTICE: You have not yet earned a reward. No Purchase or Payment is necessary to eneter this giveaway. You should read the entire Terms carefully before participating in the Contest. 

As used in these Terms, “Qovex” refers to Qovex Limited., a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, registered with the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales under the registration number 08157033, with its registered address at 1300 E 9TH ST STE 1205 CLEVELAND OH 44114, EC4A 3TW London, and its affiliated companies. 

Contest period 

Contest will be active from Tuesday 19 December 2023 at 12:00 CET until Sunday, 24 December 2023 at 23:59 CET (“Contest Period”). 

Who can participate?  

Each natural person with X account who is above 18 years old can participate in the Contest, excluding residents of the , Hawaii and Nevada (the “Participant”). 

Qovex employees and their immediate families, associated agents, and anyone personally connected with Contest are not eligible to participate. 

How to participate? 

Contest will be held exclusively on X. To enter the Contest, the Participant is required to fulfil the following conditions cumulatively, and in the following order:  

  • follow @Qovex and @QovexSupport on X;   

  • like and retweet the official Contest post, posted on the Qovex X account;  

  • tag a friend and share a Qovex Christmas holiday-inspired photo in a same comment under the Contest post.  

PARTICIPATION RESTRICTION: Each Participant may only participate once. Any Participant using multiple X accounts to participate in the Contest will be suspended. 

Non-compliance with any of these stipulated conditions will result in disqualification from the Contest.  

Prize 

The winners of the Contest will receive a Qovex Christmas Gift (the “Prize”).  

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Prize per Participant based on X account. 

Total prize value is 421,40 euros.

Selection of the Winners 

Seven Participants will be selected to receive a Prize from the pool of submissions (the ‘’Winners’’), promptly after the Contest period ends. Selection of the Winners will be determined at the Qovex discretion, based on evaluation of the Qovex holiday-inspired photos submitted during the Contest period. 

After the selection of the Winners, the Winners will be vetted against the eligibility criteria of these Terms. Non-eligible Winners will be disqualified, and another Winner will be selected in line with these Terms. If anyhow, no Winner satisfies the eligibility criteria, Qovex will not distribute the Prize. 

Notification to the Winners 

Qovex will reach out to the Winners by sending a direct message to the Winners on X, on 26 December 2023. Additionally, the Winners will be tagged in a post announcing the Winners after the Contest ends. Qovex will provide the Winners with a link to our partner SwagHut platform (“SwagHut”) where the Winner will be required to complete a form with the information, necessary for SwagHut to be able to successfully deliver the Prize. All Prizes will be shipped on 3 January 2024. 

Reservations 

Qovex may at its sole discretion at any time: 

  • disqualify the Participant and/or not award the Prize if participant violates these Contest Terms; undermines operation of the Contest; threatens to other participants and/or Qovex; performs any other action deemed unfair by Qovex; 

  • modify the Terms and/or cancel the Contest; 

  • accept any other appropriate measures to protect legitimate operation of this Contest and Qovex interests. 

Limitation of liability 

To the extent that it is permitted by law, Qovex excludes all liability whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage, including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Contest, including, without limitation to: 

  • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Qovex control); 

  • any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Qovex; 

  • any tax implications; or 

  • the Prize or use of the Prize. 

Data Protection 

Participants hereby consent to processing of personal data by Qovex and SwagHut for the purpose of administrating the Contest and to distribute the Prize to the Winner. 

All personal data are processed by Qovex in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Miscellaneous 

If any provision of these Terms become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, conflict or disagreement arising from or connected to these Terms shall be finally settled by the courts of Delaware. 

The Participant may at any time withdraw from the participation in the Contest by sending a notice to . 

Complaints and claims relating to the event must be addressed exclusively to Qovex at .
